Although homecare services are covered by government funded programs which are co-ordinated by the Community Care Access Centres in Ontario (CCAC), not every care recipient is eligible for funding. Only a small percentage of care recipients receive funding through the CCAC, while others receive funding through insurance plans. The majority of care recipients purchase services privately.
We provide General (non-medical) support services in your home, health care or assisted living facility.

| Personal Care Services |
We provide assistance with the activities of daily living (ADLs) such as: toileting, incontinence care, bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, grooming, transferring, mobilization, diet monitoring, meal preparation, feeding, medication reminders. |
| Homemaking Services |
Vacuuming, laundry, ironing, dusting, changing bed linen, mopping floors, cleaning ovens/stoves, cleaning bathrooms, defrosting refrigerators, plant care, grocery shopping, meal preparation, pet care, assisting with mail, correspondence and bill payments, monitoring food expiration dates. |
| Companionship |
Our caregivers provide companionship, socialization, supervision and light housekeeping including meal preparation and cleanup. They are available for overnight and around-the-clock visits with your loved ones who are at home. Our caregivers are also available for hospital and healthcare facility visits during visiting hours.

| Transportation/Errand Services |
Accompanying clients to medical and dental appointments, hairdresser or barber shop appointments, visiting friends and relatives, church, social activities, scenic drives, grocery, clothes, and incidental shopping, picking up prescriptions. |
| Pre-/Post-Natal Care |
| Our Mother's Helpers are a very resourceful tool for pregnant women on bed-rest and new mothers. They provide relief and support... including night feedings, diaper changes and household chores. Service is available whenever you need it... during the day or overnight. |
| Infant & Child Care Services |
| Our Nannies provide live-in or Live-out childcare to infants and children of all ages. |
| Palliative Care |
| Our compassionate and experienced caregivers provide General care for your loved ones who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness. Our care-giving includes: symptom and pain management, personal care, home-making and; emotional support to family caregivers. |
| Respite Care |
| Families with a loved one with an illness or disability are often stressed because of the many demands they face. Our caring and experienced caregivers provide respite care whenever you need a break for a few hours, a few days or a few weeks. |
| Hospital Support |
| We provide companionship and support to individuals who are in the hospital, as well as discharge assistance and transportation home. Our hospital support includes visiting with your loved one, assisting or feeding him/her at meal times and providing companionship. |

MINIMUM SERVICE HOURS
Our service is available for a minimum of three hours per visit to 24-hour care, 7 days-a-week, year round. Overnight service has an 8-hour minimum. No shift will start later than 12:00 midnight. |

We have two service options available.
Option 1:
Individuals (clients) requiring any of our caregiving services can either purchase services on an hourly basis or,

For a Referral Fee
HOURLY RATES:
General Services:- $18.00/hr to $22.00/hr
HST:
13% HST is added to all fees

Cancellation Policy - for Hourly Service |

If a client cancels with more than 24 hours notice, there is no charge |
|
Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice = 3 hours charge |
|
Cancellations with less than 6 hours notice = 50% charge |

Cancellations with less than 3 hours notice = full charge |
