If I need a caregiver, how do I start the process? |

You can either contact our office by telephone, by e-mail, or you can complete our on-line Client Registration form. If you contact us by telephone, management will ask you some preliminary questions to determine your needs. If you submit an on-line Registration, or an e-mail request, management will contact you within 24-48 hours for a preliminary telephone survey or, to schedule an in-home assessment. |

We have the experience that is necessary to handle the recruiting, interviewing, reference checking and background screening. As the employer, you are responsible for registering with certain government bodies and making deductions and remittances in a timely manner. We are knowledgeable about these and other matters that are relevant to hiring a caregiver. |

Do you have a back-up plan when my caregiver is sick? |

We have many caregivers available. If one caregiver is ill, another caregiver will fill in. |

How quickly can services be provided? |

This is dependent on the type of service required. Generally, services can be provided
within a few days, and in some cases, within 24-48 hours. |

How much will a caregiver cost? |

Costs depends on several factors such as: the type of care that is required, whether live-in or live-out service is required, the duration of the visits, and the experience and qualifications required to meet the specific needs of the Care Recipient. We can adjust our rates to your specific needs, and would be pleased to discuss your requirements with you. |

Are your caregivers insured? |
| Ans: |
Our caregivers are bonded and insured for Liability, Dishonesty and Workplace Safety and Insurance Board/Workers Compensation (WSIB) coverage. |

Can I recover any of the care-giving costs from the Government? |
| Ans: |
As each situation is unique, the rules differ depending on your specific circumstance. You may be eligible to recover all or a portion of your care-giving costs. (Please check with The Canada Revenue Agency) to find out if you qualify. |
